With broad experience, and international in scope, we are nonetheless small by design - by owning fewer assets and leveraging the resources of partner companies, we require less capital, return higher revenues per employee and temper the risks of what can be a very volatile market.

Philippe Côté has a bachelor’s degree in film, advertising and marketing, and has been working in communications and marketing for over 25 years.
Philippe is known for his creative thinking and astute business sense, his understanding of consumer behavior, contagious enthusiasm and openness to all communications tools. Many clients regard him as an indispensable resource in the strategic planning of integrated marketing and communications programs.
Initially, as Associate and V-P, Strategic Planning at BBDO, he made his mark on major brands including Alcan, the Laurentian Bank of Canada, Bauer/Nike, Labatt Breweries, Culinar, ING, Pepsi and Quebectel/Telus.
As President of MOSAIC, Philippe brings his agency experience and leadership skills to the branding and international marketing and corporate projects for clients such as Adex, Bombardier, Boulart, Danone, DART Aerospace, Demers Ambulances, Eagle Copters, Era Helicopters, Lumec, le Barreau du Québec, SNC-Lavalin, Van Houtte and the World Anti-Doping Agency.
Anne-Marie is an accomplished and passionate communicator, unstoppable when she believes in something.
After a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism in Miami, Anne-Marie began her career at major US network NBC, then returned to Montreal to join the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. After her stint in broadcast television, Anne-Marie made the jump to the client side, joining the ranks at Bombardier in communications, marketing and brand management. For six years, she helped develop the Bombardier brand, manage international events and develop sponsorships.
In 2006, she brought her international experience, along with her expressiveness and dynamism, to Mosaic Design, where she visibly shares her passion for communications with her team and her clients, as well as a love of life (and golf and cooking).
